The Concierge Wellness Program combines 24/7 phone access to our physician, customized exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness plans with discounts on supplements, IV Therapy, FITSHOT® Injections and more to keep you looking and feeling optimal.
First Step: New Patient Package
It is recommended that you complete the New Patient Package before beginning the Concierge Wellness Program. The New Patient Package is great for those wanting to become more educated about their body’s make-up in order to develop a healthier lifestyle. It includes an Extensive Blood Panel Test, SECA Body Composition Scan, RMR, Cardio Max, EKG and physician consultation.
*Patients are responsible for all amounts not covered by health insurance, including: co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles.
*Additional fees may apply per plan co-pay or if deductible has not been met. Medications prescribed to a traditional pharmacy and any co-pays for laboratory work are additional expenses and are not included in the program.
